Administrative & Management Positions

Administrative and management positions are advertised as they become available. These professional positions are available to current employees and external applicants who want to continue their career path in the human services field.

Job Coach

As a Job Coach, you will be providing support while individuals are at work in their community-based job or to those seeking employment. You will assist by working on skill development, resume creation, submission, and assistance through the interview process. Job Coaching hours are typically daytime weekday hours but are based on the needs of the individuals we support.

Float

As a Float, you have the opportunity to meet and work with many different people. Every day is different, and you will assist individuals with their independent living skills and recreational activities. This position works a varied schedule, typically afternoon hours, and guarantees two weekends off per month.

Overnight Positions

We have three types of Overnight Positions: Awake Overnight, Asleep Overnight, and Live-In Companions. All three positions typically work from 10pm until 8am.

Awake Overnight positions must remain awake and available to individuals throughout the night for any support or assistance they may need. As an Asleep Overnight or Live-In Companion, you’ll be able to sleep during your overnight shift, only waking if someone has an emergent need during the night. Our Live-In Companion is a stipend position that includes rent, utilities, and internet.

All overnight positions assist individuals with their morning routines.

Weekend Recreation Specialist

This position typically works every other Friday through Sunday and is ideal for individuals looking to work a lot of hours in a short amount of time.

As a Weekend Recreation Specialist, you will support people with their independent living skills such as shopping, household cleaning, and recreational activities like going to the movies, playing games, or going out to eat.

Program Counselor

As a Program Counselor, you’ll support individuals in their homes or in the community. These shifts are typically four to eight hours and can include days, evenings, weekdays, or weekends. Program Counselors assist individuals with household tasks, recreational activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and daily living skills.
